Modern societies need specialists in certain fields, but not in others. Some people therefore think that governments should pay university fees for students who study subjects that are needed by society. Those who choose to study less relevant subjects should not receive government funding. Would the advantages of such an educational policy outweigh the disadvantages?
The question of who can receive a scholarship from government funding has long been a topic of argument in several countries. Some believe that support should only be used for students who choose subjects which are crucial to the development of human societies. Although this educational policy has both positive and negative effects, I am convinced that the benefits will be far away from the drawbacks because it will encourage more young people to choose subjects that may not help them get rich in the future but will help reduce the imbalance of the workforce in different fields and play an essential role in the stable development of the society.

Some people think that in planning a new city, it is more important to construct public parks and sports venues than shopping malls where people spend their leisure time. I totally agree with this idea because parks and sports facilities bring more benefits to the citizens in long term than shopping centres do.

Despite of those advantages this media has some disadvantages that make us to control the bad effects of it to our healthy or our life style. According to recently reaserches: child and teenagers that use these applications, can't focus easily on their lessons or important goals of their life and it is hurmful for them. The children and juveniles who spend more time in this spases, during the time, became more anxious ,پرخاشگر, and more alone rather than another child of that age group.
