there was an upward and downward trend during the time. Interestingly, prospective students did not put much consideration on the quality of lecturers and the newest teaching methods.

, there were 97% of boys and 100% of girls decided on a university based on its ranking in 1998, but it declined by 2% and 10% in 2008 respectively.
