. Regarding economic development, urbanization depletes the rural workforce and stifles creativity in the countryside. To be more specific, with an increasing number of young people moving to metropolises, there is a limited labour force available in the countryside.

 as manufacturing and textile cannot flourish in rural

, despite their low rent for large factories.

, the absence of the young generation hinders the adoption of new technologies and productivity improvements.

, in agriculture, young individuals may post videos of their farming practices on platforms like TikTok to attract buyers interested in the process of producing organic food.

 creative promotion can lead to an increase in sales. Not only do rural
areas
 suffer
due to
 urbanization, but people in
cities
also
 grapple with intense competition and a decline in their quality of life. In terms of job hunting, urban residents need to compete with a larger population. For some fast-moving consumer goods companies,

 as Nestle and P&G, it's not uncommon to have more than 100 applicants vying for a single internship position.
Additionally
, the high population density can lead to traffic congestion, pierce competition for access to educational institutes, and extended waiting time for medical appointments. I have seen pregnant women wait for up to 12 weeks for their first examination in Vancouver. In conclusion, the demographic shift between the urban and rural
