Right now area, there are many factories dispersed around Roundboate and on either side of the eastern street, and on the opposite side of the factory the farmland is located on the north side and straight down the river. However

In the future, the farmland will be developed as a residential site and will be built bridge across the river and connect the roundabout. The new will be paved new road and built new houses there, shops and a medical centre will be built in the roundabout of the bottle.
