Upon analyzing the data, it can be clearly seen that the figure for paper and cardboard had the highest proportion throughout the years
while
the others witnessed an increasing trend until the end of the period.
Regarding the paper and cardboard figure, it stood up at approximately 65% in 1982, which is 15% higher than the percentage of glass containers, before reaching its peak in 1994 at 80%, just to steadily decrease to 70% at the end
of the period. The proportion of glass containers used for recycling lessened over the first 18 years
with the lowest point reaching just 40%. It then
gradually rose throughout the years

In terms of aluminum
cans and plastics, the figures for those both started at under 10% and started to climb with a dramatic increase in Change the spelling
