last
two weeks have been a struggle. The new tenant has four young children, twin daughters and two toddlers and they seem to be allowed to run, yell and scream at all hours. The situation also
worsens because they also
adopted two dogs which are not trained, they park day and night.
Because I am a software developer, I spend a lot of time at home working, and this
is making my life difficult. It is hard for me to concentrate during my work, there is always noise in the background during my meetings which prevents me from hearing my boss not to mention
that is
highly unprofessional. I am concerned that lose my job if this
disturbance continues.
I spoke with the tenant regarding this
issue but to no avail, since you are the landlord, I would like you to remind them of the contract agreements , particularly about the noise and pets. Also
, I would suggest that you consider carpeting that apartment. This
would help tremendously with the sound of paws and feet.
I look forward to hearing from you very soon.
Yours sincerely,
