There has been a contentious topic about the fact that businesses, apart from making a good profit, also have to be responsible for the well-being of society. In my opinion, I strongly agree with this statement due to the fact that the lack of responsibility of firms and cooperations can have a detrimental effect on the environment as well as the salary of their workers.

Anti-discrimination against someone’s age is a common observation in many countries. Even more so, some countries are obligated to allow all ages to apply for open vacancies. In my opinion, while there are both advantages and disadvantages to allowing all ages to apply, the overall impact leans toward the negative.
