In
this
day and age, the world faces a gap between higher and lower levels of society, as is clearly shown. The rich become richer and the poor get poorer;
this
phenomenon is because of the low level of interindividualization.
This
situation will become worse if the cause is not addressed. Prosperity from the upper
class
will race to reach a higher
class
without caring for other situations.
However
, the lower
class
will do the same as the high
class
does, but the level to start has a significant discrepancy, so they will not reach the same result as the richer
class
does. The solution to
this
problem is to increase awareness in each individual, and
then
a sense of helping others will appear. Helpful action will create a bridge for everyone, no matter their financial background, to do a job in the same workplace.
For example
, the CEO of X company has a routine every Wednesday to visit the warehouse, just to help them select the best product.
This
activity looks so simple and useless. As we know, the CEO must have the head of

in the warehouse to control it, or perhaps the employee does not really need the CEO to help them. But the sense of helping is growing up here, and there is a reduction in the gap between rich and poor.
