perspective, there were some noticeable changes in the plan such
as the addition of two roundabouts, a bus
station and the division of parking for both the public and staff.
Firstly
, in 2007, there was only a straight Hospital Road
which led to the building, but after the renovation in 2010, there were two roundabouts added in the northern and southern parts of the road
. Both of the roundabouts were connected to the newly built bus
station, which was constructed in 2010 at the west of Hospital Road
