The pie charts represent the arrangement of the three nutrients—sodium, saturated fat, and added sugar, among the food consuming times in the USA.Overall, the consumption of sodium and saturated fats is almost the same, with around 40 percent both of them, while added sugar is being eaten mostly with snacks, which is also about 40 percent.Breakfast is a meal when sodium and saturated fats are mostly gained. The next meal after them is lunch, with 29% and 26% respectively. Another source of sodium are dinner and snacks, with 14% each of them. The statistics of saturated fats are quite different, with 21% for snacks and 16% for dinner.Almost half (42%) of added sugar people in the USA get from snacks. The next biggest sugar consuming time is breakfast, with just below the quarter. Dinner and lunch don't take a significant role, with 19% and 16% respectively.
