letter as I have hired a car from your company for a work-related venture. I hired a car on April 4th from your newly constructed office in Campinas. I am very sorry to inform you, that the car met with an accident earlier today.

Although

I was meticulous when it came to driving the vehicle, the other driver was not. The motorcycle hit directly in my vehicle's left side windows and back-seat door damaging it completely. I informed the police immediately and they were fast taking provision. A case of rash driving was filed against the other driver. Fortunately for me, their insurance company guaranteed full payment for the repair as the driver was charged with full responsibility. Henceforth, please be informed I will take care of repairs and claim the cost later from the insurance company. If you need any
