Although you are meant to present your thesis project in one month, your sister is getting married in Spain at the same time. You would like to change dates for your presentation. Write a letter to your professor. In your letter: · Explain the situation · Remind the professor of your academic achievements to date · Ask for a different date to present your thesis

Dear Mr. Ramos,
I am writing
this
letter to inform you to change the date of our thesis defence next month. It happens that my presentation is on the same date as my sister's wedding which will happen in Spain. I really wanted to attend because she is my first sibling to get married and everything is set for that special occasion.
Since the last
submission is after two months, I think I still have time to reschedule it, hence
I will be submitting the rest of my projects on that day. I still have two more pending subjects to pass and I'll submit that altogether.
I am suggesting instead
11th of April, maybe you can move my presentation to the 1st of May. I'll be back in the third week of April, however
, it will take me a day to travel from my parents' house to the city.
Hope for your consideration, and let me know about the update of my request. Thank you.
Yours sincerely,

Make sure to address all parts of the prompt. Mention specific academic achievements that might support your request for a rescheduling.
Logical Structure
