You hired a car company, while. While you were driving you had a small accident. Write a letter to the company to explain it. When and where you hired it Describe how the accident happened What kind of action did you take after the accident

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing
this
letter to inform you that I had a
car
accident on Jeju Island
last
weekend. Before I explain about the accident, I let you know some details about it. I rented a
car
from Samsung Enterprise which is famous and safe in Seoul two months ago because of travelling with my family to Jeje Island. When we arrived in Jeju Island, we picked the
car
near the Airport. Unfortunately, there were snow storms so it seems difficult to drive. It snowed too much so I could not see well and I hit a tree and stopped the drive. Luckily, my family and I did not get any injuries.
After
this
happened, I called "911" and the insurance company right away. After 10 minutes, they arrived and the staff helped me to move the
car
. I already told
this
situation with my insurance company and, my insurance will cover
this
accident.
However
, I am not sure that it will cover 100% so please let me know if I have to pay the recover the
car
. Thank you. Yours sincerely, Hwiju Jin.
