The line graph illustrates how many people live in cities in the Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia from 1970 to its prediction in 2040. Looking from an

overall

perspective, it is readily apparent that the population who live in cities from four Asian Countries are forecasted to increase in the future. It can be seen from the graph that about 30% of people in Malaysia lived in the city in the first year of the era,

then

continued to jump throughout the year and expected to reach nearly 85% in 2040.

This

has a broadly similar trend for Indonesia's population but in a lower percentage. Starting with just under 15%, it consistently grew and is anticipated to reach the second in the

last

year of the duration within a range of 60%. The Philippines went through an erratic term, beginning at just over 30% and had an improvement to almost half of the population in 1990, before dropping to just above 40% in 2010.

However

, they can continue to recover and are estimated to have more than half community living in the cities

at the end

of the time. For Thailand,

although

they started at no more than 20% in 1970, they managed to go up to almost 30% in 1990,

then

reach a plateau in 2020. The future implications of

this

trend are to climb up and gain approximately 45% in 2040.
