You recently attended a training course for your work. Your employer has asked you for your feedback on the training course. Write a letter to your employer. In your letter 1. Remind your employer what the course was about. 2. Explain why the course was useful to you in your work. 3. Suggest why the course may not be suitable for some of your other colleagues.
Dear Sir,
I hope
this
email finds you in good health and you are doing well. I am writing this
letter to share feedback about the training course
that I recently attended at the Townhall.
To begin
with, the topic of this
training program was "Communication skills for HR
Professionals" working in the apparel manufacturing industry. However
, I was over the moon as this
two-day long training session was really enjoyable which was conducted by the renowned HR
trainer Mr. Samson.
Furthermore
, I firmly believe that the knowledge I have gained from this
course
will be useful in our organization as I observed that some of our team members, especially from the HR
department have been struggling a lot while
they are communicating with the expatriate.
On the other hand
, since this
training course
was basically for HR
professionals who are mainly working in organizational development, this
course
might not be suitable for our team members who are mainly involved with administrative work.
I hope the above-mentioned feedback will be helpful to make the training plan in the future.
Yours faithfully,

Task Achievement
To improve the task achievement score, ensure that each point requested in the task is fully developed. For instance, while you mentioned why the course is not suitable for some colleagues, expanding on specific reasons or examples could enhance clarity and relevance.
Coherence and Cohesion
For coherence and cohesion, your letter already establishes a clear structure which is commendable. However, to further improve, consider using a wider range of linking words and phrases to seamlessly connect ideas within and across paragraphs. Additionally, revisiting paragraphing techniques to ensure one main idea per paragraph is clearly presented will enhance your score.
