perspective, it is readily apparent that the unemployment rate in America showed a downward trend during this
timeline. In contrast
, the one in Japan rose throughout the entire period.
In March 1993, 7% of US citizens did not find a job, which was by far higher. This
figure dropped significantly until the next two years and hovered around 5.5% for almost two years. Furthermore
, it declined again to finish at roughly 4% at the end
of the period.
In comparison, the allocation among those in Japan started at a low point with approximately 2% at the beginning of the timeline and increased steadily until the following half decade with a growth of 1 percentage point. However
