introduction
Make sure your introduction sets a clear context for the reader and directly addresses the task's requirements. Clearly state the purpose of your letter.
coherence cohesion
Organize your essay more logically. Each paragraph should have a clear main idea and progress smoothly to the next. Using linking words effectively can help with this.
task achievement
Provide specific examples to support your reasons. Instead of merely stating you missed the deadline due to a family event, explain how the event required your participation and impacted your ability to complete the project.
conclusion
Ensure your conclusion effectively summarizes your points and includes a clear request or statement about what you hope will happen next.
accuracy
Pay attention to spelling and grammar. Errors can detract from the clarity of your message. For instance, 'cellege' should be 'college', and 'Youth sincerely' should be 'Yours sincerely'.
vocabulary
Use more specific vocabulary to accurately express your ideas. Instead of saying 'I did works at home for birthday', say 'I was busy preparing for my sister's birthday celebration, which took up most of my time.'

Fully explain your ideas
