The system used for rubbish / garbage collection in your local area is not working properly. This is causing problems for you and your neibhours. Write a letter to the local council. In your letter describe how the rubbish collection system is not working properly explain how this is affecting you and your neigbours suggest what should be done about the problems
Dear Sir/Madam,
This
is Sam Curran from Park Street, India. I am writing this
letter to inform you about the faulty system of rubbish
/garbage
collection.
As far as I am concerned, the authorities should collect the rubbish
or garbage
at night time
. But it is observed that this
system has not been followed properly since last
month by the assigned employees of the local council. Although
we have been urging them, again and again, to comply with the system, there has been no response found so far from the responsible authority.
As you know more than 30000 citizens have been living in this
commercially important place. But it is difficult for them to move into surrounding areas because of the stink as the rubbish
or garbage
has been collected in day time
even though it was advised to collect the garbage
at night time
after 11 pm. For
this
reason, school and office-going people have been suffering from health-related problems.
However
, I would like to suggest collecting all the rubbish
or garbage
at night time
instead
of day time
. Additionally
, you may arrange a day-long training program for your employees to educate them on the total procedure as well as
behaviour with people.
I look forward to hearing from you soon regarding this
matter.
Yours faithfully,
