The first stage of this
process entails planting sugar
cane, which takes approximately one year to one year and a half to be grown and prepared for harvest. There are two main ways for harvesting these commodities either by giant agricultural machinery or traditionally by hand.
In the second stage of this
process, Crushing sugar
cane, the acquired juice is purified by a Limestone filter in order to separate the impurities. To convert this
juice to a thick syrup, the filtered juice is purred into an enormous evaporator, and exposed to heat to evaporate the reluctant water in it.
In the third and final phase, to separate sugar
crystals from the liquid syrup, they are then
