In the penultimate juncture, the juice goes through a filter made from limestone to purify it before being heated in an evaporator to convert it into syrups. The following step involves the centrifuge machine where sugar
crystals are separated from the syrup. The whole process is completed when the formed syrups are in the form of sugar
