A glance at the given layouts depicts an office structure before and after proposed changes .
Overall
, it is clear from the graph that there are several differences that would ease the working
such
as removing unnecessary rooms (kitchen, canteen, washing room and grass) and replacing them with more organised areas (coffee corner, meeting and outdoor activity areas. In terms of the four office rooms,
instead
of being small and close to each other, they have been enlarged and transferred to the corners.
Furthermore
, the reception and entrance were relocated to the middle of the building in the area between the bigger office rooms.
Moreover
, the washing room has been cancelled. As for the huge unused places filled with grass, it will be exchanged into more useful and active areas. The right side of the grass will be divided into two regions (a place for making and drinking coffee and a meeting area).
Whereas
the left side will be an open area for some outdoor activities.
