In the present day, the number of sick people who are seeking care from alternative medicine regimens instead of conventional medicine is continually rising. In my opinion, this should be viewed as a negative development because of the current lack of credibility and evidence, and the possibility of the treatment causing a placebo effect bias rather than resulting in an actual cure.

Recently, there has been a phenomenon where children prefer to spend most of their time on their smartphones. Despite being considered a positive development to recognize the development of technology, it seems to me that it would contribute more negativity both in social and health aspects.

From several generations there is a portion of people that was not successful at school, that still managed to reach good aims in life. While school gives you initial instruments to be ready for real life, more depends on your mentality and your desire to arrive at high levels.

People's concern regarding motivation in the workplace has been a topical discussion. Some people say that salary is the most wanted thing for employees, while others believe that fringe benefits can be the best option to motivate their performance.
