the figure, it can be seen that Great Britain encounters the theft vehicles the most while
Canada
does not have this
crime except for one year when it surpasses France

In 1990, car thefts in the UK accounted for 18 then
fluctuated throughout the period
to in the middle of the year 1995 which registered at well over 20. There was a steady decrease after the year 1995 and ended the period
at 17. However
, Sweden which started the period

at just under 8 continuously grew to nearly 12 then
it hovered at this
number
before it surged up to 14 in 1999.
Both France
and Canada
almost had the same trajectory. They began at roughly 6 and 7 respectively before France
soared to above 8 but Canada
remained constant. After 1991, they both minimally dropped to 7 and 5 as well as
went up together again and ended the period
