The line graph illustrates the total of visitors to a specific Caribbean island, which is categorized based on whether they stayed on the island itself or on cruise ships, over the period between 2010 and 2017. The unit on the Y-axis is shown in millions.
Generally,
it is clear that
there was not only a fluctuation but also
the increasing value of tourism in this
archipelago from 2010 to 2017.
Starting in 2010, there were only one million people visiting this
islet. While
three-fourths of them decided to accommodate on the isle, a quarter of a million tourists remained on their liners. The segment for those who rested on their cruises then
fluctuated between 0.25 and 1.5 for the next 3 years. Reef stayers, on the other hand
, experienced a stable status in the figure for the first 2 years before increasing rapidly to 1.25 in 2012 and 1.5 in 2013. For
this
reason, the total statistic of individuals who travelled to this
land increased gradually to 2 by the year 2013.
In the second half of the period, the data of people who stopped by the reef did not witness any increasing trend between 2013 and 2017 but a slight decrease to 1.5 in 2016 before recovering back to 2 in 2017. Cruiser ships to this
island had skyrocketed in the number of customers, beating the isle stayers in 2016 and increasing to 2 in 2017. The total value climbed from 2 to 3.5 over four years.Submitted by hainguyenviet1203 on
