I am writing
this
letter to let you know one fine dining. The name of the restaurant is May Thingyan located in downtown Yangon.
It offers a wide range of traditional food but the shop is well known for its coconut noodle soup. It opens at 8 in the morning and closes at 6 in the evening . We arrived there around 9 in the morning and we ordered 3 portions of coconut noodles and a bowl of sticky rice with deep-fried vegetables. Those vegetables are grown in the backyard of their shop . Therefore
, they will hand-pick those vegetables right in front of you when you make an order.
For coconut noodles, the texture of it is so mesmerizing because all the ingredients are organic and chosen with care . They are freshly cooked and served with handmade noodles with no preservatives.
People say that you are what you eat. Therefore
. I want to let people know about this
hidden gem which is offering chemical-free food for their health benefit.
I will write about this
