You have a complaint about the hotel you stayed at while attending a meeting that was booked by the organizer of a company meeting. Write a letter to the organizer of the meeting and include: -Details about the meeting -The problem you face -What should be done
Dear Sir or Madam,
Hope you're doing well. I am writing
this
letter to share with you an issue regarding my accommodation at the hotel.
In your last
letter, you told me about the accommodation and the room details which were booked at the Sea Rose Hotel.
My complaint is about the room you booked. the condition of the room is bad and the situation of cleanliness is pathetic. I have to spend two nights here because of two session meetings so how could I stay here in such
a dirty atmosphere It may cause mental disturbance for me and couldn't attend the meeting with a fresh mind.
Please take my submissions as first priority and arrange a better accommodation. I have only three days left please ask your team to contact me and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
I shall be grateful for your kindness.
Yours Faithfully,
