My complaint is about the room you booked. the condition of the room is bad and the situation of cleanliness is pathetic. I have to spend two nights here because of two session meetings so how could I stay here in
such
a dirty atmosphere It may cause mental disturbance for me and couldn't attend the meeting with a fresh mind. Please take my submissions as first priority and arrange a better accommodation.
