The diagrams below show the life cycle of a species of large fish called the salmon. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features.
The given diagram describes how one of the massive fish species named salmon spent their lives and reproduced.
Overall
, they consumed most of their time at the sea.
In addition
, their size vastly increased until they became an adult.
To begin
with the cycle, Salmon eggs were placed in the river bed for about 5 to 6 months. To support the egg, they put the babies beside the canal’s reeds.
Additionally
, the baby was positioned on top of small stones inside the canal.
Furthermore
, they require an environment that has a slow pace of water flow.
Finally
, after the eggs hatched, the newborn horde swam to the lower-terrain river. Most of them were measured in lengths between 3 and 8 centimetres. After they arrive at the lower river, they will remain there for a longer period. Henceforth, they usually spent their time there for 4 years. They like to stay in places that have a fast water stream. They continually set a place there until they grow to 12 to 15 centimetres. Later on, they moved to the open sea and spent the rest of their lives there until they lay eggs. In there, they extended their body size rapidly. Their length’s dimensions were between 70 and 76 cm. They usually lay them after 5 years there, and they will swim back to the first mentioned place.
