The diagram illustrates the
process
by which leather
goods are produced. There are 11 steps from drying different types of animal skin as a product, to fabrication of brand leather
bags, shoes and other items.
The process
commences when the animal skin is dried and carried to the factory by means of lorries. Once the raw material is washed with the water and lime sufficiently, then
the product is soaked with only lime. The next step is
flattening with the help of special machines. However
, the washing process
is continued with the soaking water and vegetable matter for tannin.
Following that, a polishing process
takes place which makes the skin as bright as possible. The polished products are loaded onto lorries to transport to factories. Having been manufactured in the factory, items including bags, shoes, leather
jackets, balls and others are offered to the customers who really enjoy shopping. The process
