The diagram below shows the process for recycling plastic bottles.
This
diagram illustrates the various stages of recycling plastic
bottles
, which comprise nine stages. Beginning from collecting
bottles
in rubbish bins and ending with manufacturing desired products. It is clearly seen that it is a sophisticated process that requires a range of equipment and machinery, and skilled workers are needed as well. The process begins when consumers dispose of the
bottles
in the bins.
Next,
the
bottles
are transported to the recycling station by a garbage truck, where they are stored by a workforce from others. After that, the
bottles
are compressed and converted into large boxes.
Subsequently
. Those boxes are sent through a crushing machine which is built from two cogwheels. Before the next stage, they are washed.
The following step is
that the washed material is fed into another type of machine which makes plastic pellets. In
this
stage, the heat is applied. Followed by heating pellets to form raw material. Eventually, the raw material is used to produce pencils, shirts plastic bags, and disposable containers and the process starts over again.
