The presented two maps illustrate the change of the town of Langley in two different years( 1910 and 1950). It is obvious, that the city was developing, and the facilities that helped people to improve their lives increased;
moreover
, the air pollution was reduced.
According to
the pictures, in the first year, most of the inhabitants had houses, but in 1950, people lived in Flats and Sherman mansions.
In addition
, in 1950, the number of streets and shops climbed
instead
of 1910. The plans demonstrate it is important that the factory is destroyed and they build a new park which has an area for children, a lake, and a vegetation zone;
furthermore

region had a lot of wastelands;

, the fact that in the new areas, we can see citizens could use every space.
