I believe the advantages of many young adults outweigh the drawbacks because although young people replacing older adults positions at the workplace, young adults also bring creativity and less strain on the health service.

After Covid-19 outbreak, the flexibility to work anywhere is concerned by most of people. Although, there are people who support theprofessionals, for example doctors and engineers, to work in the country where they raised their skill sets, others think that they are able to work anywhere they wish. However, in my opinion, I agree that people with professional careers should be allowed to work freely wherever countries they prefer.
