births per woman in different Gulf countries between 1990 and 2000. Looking at the graph, the percentage of births was by far the highest in Oman, with the opposite of
this
being true for Bahrain and Kuwait,
while
others did not observe significance during the period. As far as Oman is concerned, the fertility rate was at 7% in 1990 and decreased slightly to just under 6%,
while
S.Arabia was the second-largest which was above 6% in 1990, with rate changes remaining the same with Oman in 2000.
Additionally
, the UAE was the third-most country among others which experienced half in 1990, going down steadily to 3% in 2000. When it comes to Qatar, births per woman were at under 5% in 1990 and fell approximately to 3.5% in 2000.
In contrast
, Kuwait and Bahrain experienced the same changes in the trend, the former was at just under 4% in 1990, ending with 2.5% in 2000
