, it is noticeable that the percentage of births was by far the highest in Oman
, with the opposite of this
being true for Bahrain and Kuwait, while
others were not seen as significant during the period.
To begin
with, Oman
had a fertility rate
of 7% in 1990 and decreased slightly to 5.5%, while
S. Arabia was the second-most country which was just under 7% in 1990, saw a drop to the same rate
as Oman
in 2000. Additionally
, the third-largest country among others was occupied UAE which was just above 4%, going down steadily to 3% in 2000.
Furthermore
, Qatar declined from just above 4% to 3.5% in 2000. Bavarian and Kuwait, having similar rates of birth for babies at 3.5% which was the lowest rate
