The initial step is to wait for approximately 12 to 18 months for canes
to grow. After they are grown, they are harvested either by manual labour or by a machinery truck, and they are both used to cut canes
and remove leaves from the stems. The subsequent step is to place stems in a crusher machine which is used to crush the stems and extract juice from them.
