the other three surrounds the roundabout. Additionally
, a farmland separating it with the industrial area
in the far north
In the future
, facilities such
as medical centre, playground, shops and school will be added in the industrial area
. First,
housing that surrounds the roundabout will be replaced with medical centre and shops opposite to each other in between connecting road
and roundabout. Second,
the replaced housing properties
will connect the roundabout via 2 separate roads: two houses on the northwest's road
, and one on northern road
connecting the roundabout to residential property & farmland using a bridge. Meanwhile, the five houses present on the parallel road
will be replaced with 2 small and one big housing properties
