I have not been working for 2 weeks because of my illness , therefore

week my boss told me that I have to buy a new laptop

I went to your shop and purchased a brand-new laptop
which was advised by one of your staff .

, it worked properly and I had sent documents that were given to me by my boss. However
, it unfortunately did not switch on 2 days
ago. I was disappointed because I have never expected it, therefore
I phoned customer service but no one answered my calls.
