I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction with the

residence in your hotel. Please let me elaborate on what happened to me that night.
I booked a room on 15th of Linking Words

I called the room service to come to check the problem, but nobody came until I called them for the third time.

that, I asked them to change for me the room, but they claimed that there was no vacancy, so I bearly had a few hours of sleep before I woke up for the next day. The manager apologised and promised to compensate me by offering me a two-day staycation at any of your hotels in the UAE, but I did not receive any email from his side regarding Linking Words
