I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction with the
last
residence in your hotel. Please let me elaborate on what happened to me that night.
I booked a room on 15th of this
March, as I had an important conference to attend the next day. However
, when I went to sleep, I was faced suddenly, with a noise coming from the bathroom. Although
I called the room service to come to check the problem, but nobody came until I called them for the third time.
The technician spent half an hour checking the problem, but it was not solved. Besides
that, I asked them to change for me the room, but they claimed that there was no vacancy, so I bearly had a few hours of sleep before I woke up for the next day. The manager apologised and promised to compensate me by offering me a two-day staycation at any of your hotels in the UAE, but I did not receive any email from his side regarding this
issue.
Therefore
, I would like to suggest that your manager and the staff be informed again about the hotel policy, especially regarding the hospitality part as well as
the importance of the well-being of their residents as such
behaviour would certainly affect the reputation of the place, and I would like to hear from you regarding the compensation part as I was promised before by your employee.
