The chart provides data about the manufacturing procedure of
bricks
for the construction industry, describing a series of seven stages from digging clay until delivery.
First,
an excavator collects raw material by digging clay.
Then
, the clay was sorted by a metal grid and sent to a roller. After rolling, water and sand are mixed with the selected material and put in either mould or wire cutter, which is
finally
printed out as
bricks
. After that, a set of
bricks
will be arranged in a drying oven for 24-48 hours.
Next,
all the
bricks
will be moved to a klin at a moderate temperature, standing at 200-980 degrees Celcius and
then
adjusted higher to a high level of 870-1300 degrees Celcius. After heating up, they will be cooled down in a cooling chamber for 48-72 hours as a final process before packing. Before the final step, the
bricks
are packed in a huge tray in order to be ready for delivery which is the
last
stage of brick manufacturing.
