Dear officer, I am writing
this
letter to get some information about college and accommodation. I am Sumit Sharma, a student of General Arts and Science. I got admission for next semester which is going to start on September, 5. So, I will depart three days before in the evening time. I have some requirements regarding the accommodation
such
as a single room with a separate washroom.
Secondly
, it should be a quiet area which will help me to focus on my studies.
As well as
it should be close to college and other amenities like grocery and other convenience shops. Give me a few details about other types of accommodation options like on-campus housing or any apartments which I can afford. Could provide a map of the campus if available? and how to reach the college from the airport by train, bus or cab. Hoping for a prompt response from your side regarding
this
matter. Yours sincerely, Sumit Sharma
