Dear Johan Smith, I am writing regarding the inconvenience that you have been facing for a couple of days. As you already know I bought

 flat a month ago. No doubt, the house is renovated and all the appliances are new except for the kitchen
floor
. It has a wooden

 and we came to know that there is a leakage from the kitchen sink. Even though, water goes directly under the
floor
instead
 of going through the pipes. There are some workers who are working to fix the
floor
 and some of them are fixing the water pipes. I am extremely sorry for
this
 disturbance. Workers are using drill machines and hammers which make a loud noise but make the job faster. The contractor estimated approximately 6 days of
work
. Some of the
work
 has already been done. Now it will be finished within two days.
Moreover
, I will request hard workers to perform their duties quietly.
Besides
 I will change their
work
 time as well. They will finish their
work
