Personally, I believe that the benefits of taking risks heavily outweigh its setbacks. Despite its potential to lead to failure without previous consideration, people should be encouraged to get out of their safe zones for bigger opportunities.

Therefore, in my opinion, I firmly believe adaptation to the host country is necessary for the best experience.
