, clumps of limestone and clay are crushed to make fine powder. This
fine powder is then
put in a mixer to make the content equal. This
mixture is then
put in a rotating heater where it is heated till it forms a liquid. This
liquid is then
cooled off and ground again to remove any clumps that may have formed, the product of this
process is the cement which is then
packed in bags which are transported to construction sites.
The production of concrete requires various types of materials which are put together and then
mixed together to make concrete. Concrete consists of 15% of cement, 10% of water, 25% of sand and 50% of small stones which are often called gravel.
