as New York, Madrid, and London experienced remarkable alterations in accommodation prices in recent years.
In contrast
, Tokyo did not show a significant percentage change. Looking at the first era in detail, it is observed that from 1990 to 1995, New York house costs ranged from 0 to negative 5%,
while
Madrid's saw a slight increase from 0% to approximately 1%. As for Tokyo, London, and Frankfurt, the statistics were below minus 5% and around 3%, respectively. At first glance, on the other timetable, 1996-2002, it is vividly observable that Tokyo's statistical changes from 1989 to 1996-2002 were from 0 to minus 5%. Meanwhile, London's accommodation expenses surged to more than 10%. New York and Madrid grew by 5% and nearly 5% respectively,
while
Frankfurt exhibited a slight drop, approximately 1%.
