Overall
, it is easily observable that cities
such
as New York, Madrid, and London experienced a remarkable alternation in accommodation prices in recent years.
In contrast
, Tokyo did not show a significant percentage change. Looking at the first era in detail, it is observed that from 1990 to 1995, New York's housing expenses ranged from 0 to minus 5%,
while
Madrid saw a slight increase from 0% to approximately 1%. As for Tokyo, London, and Frankfurt, the statistics were below minus 5% and nearly 3%, respectively. The other timetable, 1996-2002, demonstrates that house expenses surged to more than 10% in London, and in New York and Madrid, they rocketed to 5% and just about 5%, respectively. In Frankfurt, there was a slight drop, approximately 1%. It is vividly observable that Tokyo's statistical changes from 1989 to 1969-2002 were from 0 to 5%.
