Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing
this
letter about my dissatisfaction
while
visiting your restaurant for dinner
along with
my whole family
last
night around 9pm.Actually,my parents came from India on Sunday.I decided to go for a meal.Immediately ,I searched on Google and I opted for your restaurant after checking the good reviews.
Moreover
,when we reached
this
place .We waited at least one hour for a seat.During
this
time- period,we faced an issue of ignorance by your staff.
However
,when we took a seat for a meal and ordered from the menu. The food was served after waiting a long time.
Besides
this
,the food was too cold and salty, which was the worst moment for me. It would be grateful if you totally refuse to take the customers as your restaurant is full .You should try to fast your service.
Hence
,hot food will be served to the customers. Hope so you will take prompt action on the mentioned query. Yours faithfully, kamalpreet kaur.
