The bar chart illustrates the major differences in the proportion of citizens who were born in and outside Australia living in cities, municipalities and the countryside from 1995 to 2010.
Overall
, it is clearly apparent that the majority of people from both inside and outside the country prefer to live in metro
areas
. Meanwhile, residents living in rural
areas
had decreased drastically in both of the cases. On the one hand, it can be seen that the fraction of people who were born and lived in urban states of Australia had grown in 2010 to approximately 62% from around 50% in 1995.
Similarly
, the number of immigrants

grew at a higher rate from 60% in 1995 to 80% in 2010.

, there was a massive decline in the populace who lived in rustic
