Some people think that it is a good thing for senior management positions to have much higher salaries than other workers in a company. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from own knowledge or experience.

I considered managing to be the most important job in any company, whether the senior or minor management tasks require very unique skills and character, I totally agree with giving a very good and relevant

 to senior managers, to encourage them to achieve their chores in a perfect way . On the one hand, I disagree with giving them a higher

 than the other employees because we should have experience and a competitive
work
 environment between employees. Rather than, I agree, to give them a suitable

in addition
, extra bonus if they spent more time at

 or do extra

 the company may offer them free courses to improve their skills, and other benefits

 journeys for studying or attend in abroad conferences.
Finally
, we could give the senior managers more extra rewards

 their efforts, but not give them a higher
salary
 for nothing, because I believe that

 indicates many things most of them are your experiences, how long you spent in the company and how positions you had promoted.

Fully explain your ideas

To get an excellent score in the IELTS Task 2 writing section, one of the easiest and most effective tips is structuring your writing in the most solid format. A great argument essay structure may be divided to four paragraphs, in which comprises of four sentences (excluding the conclusion paragraph, which comprises of three sentences).

For we to consider an essay structure a great one, it should be looking like this:

    • Sentence 2 - Detailed background statement
    • Sentence 3 - Thesis

  • Paragraph 2 - First supporting paragraph

    • Sentence 4 - Conclusion
  • Paragraph 3 - Second supporting paragraph
    • Sentence 1 - Topic sentence
    • Sentence 2 - Example

  • Paragraph 4 - Conclusion
    • Sentence 1 - Summary
    • Sentence 2 - Restatement of thesis
    • Sentence 3 - Prediction or recommendation
