D maintained a quite stable satisfaction rating. It fluctuated around 40% for most of the period
before declining to 20% by 2002.

B maintained a significant upward trend. After early fluctuations, it steadily increased from 50% to 70% by 2002. By the way, it gained a 20% improvement over 1995. In comparison, College

started with the lowest rating, under 30%, and continued on a downward trend, afterwards it hit a low of 10% in 1998. However
, the situation turned around remarkably in 1999, with a sevenfold increase in rating. College
