In the contemporary era of globalization, remarkable shifts are occurring across various facets of life, including fashion, entertainment, cuisine, and lifestyle habits. While some perceive these trends as fostering a sense of global unity and equality, others argue that they lead to the erosion of cultural diversity and local traditions. In my opinion, while globalization presents undeniable advantages in fostering interconnectedness and reducing prejudice, its drawbacks cannot be overlooked.

These days, businesses claim that their goods are different and unique as compared to others. In my opinion, making a great deal of money and people’s requests are the reasons for this trend. I am also convinced that it has its own drawbacks such as economic and environmental consequences.

Some adopt the view that the mere reason for studying a foreign language is to cater for traveling or working for an international company, while others believe that people also conquer a language for other reasons. I will discuss some possible reasons from my perspective before my point of view is drawn at the end.
