The line graph illustrates how many people participated in 5 various activities (film club, material arts, amateur dramatics, table tennis and musical performances) at one social centre in Melbourne, Australia from 2000 to 2010.
Overall
, it can be clearly seen that the greatest number of people by far attended in film club.
Although
other types of hobbies have more or less an upward trend, amateur dramatics saw a decline over the given period. In 2000, table tennis had 18 participants before skyrocketing to overtake material arts in 2015, which experienced a fluctuation between 37 and 39 over the given period, and reached a peak of 51 in 2020.
Similarly
, in musical performances which were introduced in 2005 with no attendees, there was a sharp climb to end the period of 19 individuals. As for the film club, the figure had no obvious change, fluctuating between 61 and 63.

the proportion of people who are interested in amateur dramatics registered a rise, from 26 to 30 between 2000 and 2005, it reduced dramatically to reach a fifth of its value in 2005 to hit a low of 6 in 2020.
